Washington State Beef - Beef Jerk - Top-Round Cut beef is the go-to for Traditional Beef Jerky. We currently offer 13 flavors of USDA Certified Select, Grass-Fed, Hormone-Free, Beef.
Our 3 original flavors made in 1993 by our House of Jerky family founders were Black Pepper, Teriyaki, and Hot Beef Jerky (Top-Round). We now also offer Brisket cut, and Tri-Tip cut options. Our jerky flavors have won many awards and accolades throughout the years, and all our flavors are worth a taste. We also offer a selection of 'Variety Packs'!
Natural Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): A dry chew, with 1% fat, and 12 grams of protein (4oz bag). Plain Ol' awesome jerky! (MILD)
Black Pepper Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): One of the original three flavors. A dry chew, with less than 1% fat, and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag). Peppered beef jerky, but not over peppered (not too peppery). This is our #1 selling jerky of all time -- always has been, and it probably always will be. (MILD)
Western Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): Like our Black Pepper Beef jerky, the Western Beef jerky has some wine in the rub which gives it a subtle sweetness and slightly higher moisture content. It is the same as our Western Tri-Tip Beef Jerky flavor, 2% fat, and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag). (MILD)
Teriyaki Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): One of our original three flavors, and our #2 selling product. A higher moisture content, with a sweet teriyaki brine used to attain the delicacy that when combined with the flavor makes it one of the most delectable, sweet options we offer. This results in 4% fat and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag). (MILD (SWEET))
Sweet & Spicy Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): A higher moisture content, using an award-winning recipe for being equally sweet & spicy in flavor. It is perfectly blended to satisfy most any pallet. This results in 4% fat and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag). (MILD MEDIUM HEAT)
Chipotle Bourbon Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): A higher moisture content, using orange juice rather than pineapple juice as a sweetener, resulting in an equally sweet & spicy flavor, a completely different flavor than our Sweet & Spicy Beef Jerky. This has 4% fat and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag). (MEDIUM HEAT)
Cajun Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): A dryer savory chew, with less than 1% fat, and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag). Smokey Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Thyme, and Pepper. (STRONG MEDIUM HEAT)
Hot Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): One of our original three flavors. A higher moisture content containing habanero peppers, chili powder, black pepper, white pepper, tabasco sauce, and some pineapple juice to balance it out. This results in 5% fat and twelve grams of protein. (HOT JERKY)
Red Chili Pepper Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): A dry chew, with less than 1% fat, and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag). A red chili with habanero flakes, about the same heat level as our Hot Beef Jerky, but not moist, the same chew as our Black Pepper Beef Jerky. (HOT JERKY)
Ghost Pepper Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): A higher moisture content containing ghost peppers, in a Ghost Pepper rub. This is the hottest naturally grown pepper, rated at 1,000,000 Scoville units. This means you would need 1,000,000 oz of water to neutralize 1 oz of ghost pepper! It has 4% fat and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag). (VERY HOT JERKY!)
Carolina Reaper Beef Jerky (2oz or 4oz): A higher moisture content containing Carolina reaper peppers, in a Carolina Reaper rub. This is the hottest pepper in the world according to Guiness. It is a hybrid, rated at 2,500,000 Scoville units. This means you would need 2,500,000 ounces of water to neutralize one ounce of Carolina Reaper! It has 4% fat and twelve grams of protein (4oz bag).
